This Post is Looooooonnnng Overdue! Holy 10 Months!

We are so sorry we haven't done a blog post lately.  As you'll see from the pictures below, we've been so busy!  Why didn't anyone tell us raising twins was going to be hard?  Hahaha!

Ok, taking it from June (yeah...it's been that long since we posted)!

At 7 months old... we went to the zoo, enjoyed our pool on the back porch, continued to work on sippy cups, played in the parks, enjoyed story time, celebrated Adam's first Father's Day, went to Field Museum, started pulling up to the standing position, and CRAWLED!  We also started to see their little personalities come out more and more!

We perfected pulling up and started walking along the couch, crib, and baby gate, celebrated our first Fourth of July with friends, enjoyed more story times, WENT TO PHILLY and met so much of our family, got more adventurous with solid food/feeding ourselves, went to Indiana for a wedding, and got bigger!!

Crawling Pros -- Babbling Fools -- Pulling Up and Cruising Little Monkeys

Yet another crazy, busy, fun month for us.  Both girls have two bottom teeth!  We also did some more traveling and headed to New Orleans with Grammy and Grandpa to visit cousin Zoey, Uncle Chris, and Aunt Christy.  We made a stop in Tennessee to visit the girls newest cousin, Alexandra (and her parents Trey and Elizabeth).  She is the 4th cousin born since they were!!  We also got to see Great Granny, Great Aunt Allison, and Great Uncle Rex!

Headed to New Orleans ... Charlie's driving!

TEN MONTHS OLD!!

These munchkins are gearing up to walk.  They pretty much stand and walk along the couch, wall, gate, etc. all the time.  They love their walking push toy.  Vivi is letting go and walking a little with one hand and standing with no support for a few seconds at a time.  Charlie has excellent balance and when you help her walk, she's basically doing it by herself (just not brave enough yet to realize it).  Both girls are also (almost) exclusively on sippy cups!  (Sometimes we need a top off of milk before bed and we use a bottle).

An afternoon in the park

Vivi LOVES swinging.  Charlie is like ... eh... it's ok.
